Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire. Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License 2 years acute care hospital or community based experience. 1 year experience with electronic medical records or documentation systems. 1 year home health, mental health, substance use, hospice, utilization review, discharge planning or care management experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing upon hire.
