Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Portland, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,736 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Home Health RN Registered Nurse Home Health 13 weeks Day Shift 8 hours per shift Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required BCLS certification required Oregon State Licensure required Description: Home Health RN position available. This role involves providing care to patients in their homes. The nurse will visit up to 6 patients per day. The expected productivity points standard is 30. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. The position does not require weekend work. No on-call duties are required. There is no floating to different units. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary. The facility aims to minimize drive and windshield time for staff. There may be daily travel of up to 60 miles, with a total drive time of 60 to 90 minutes. The primary series of COVID vaccination plus one booster is required. Experience with Oasis is required for this position. Business casual attire is appropriate; scrubs may be worn but are not required. Charting will be done using an remote client system and a phone app. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of nursing tasks including wound care, medication administration, and patient assessment. References will need to be provided covering at least 1 year of relevant experience in a comparable setting. All travelers should be prepared to float between facilities within the same state as required. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. Cell phones may be provided if required for the assignment, otherwise reimbursement for work-related cell phone use may be arranged.
