This role requires clinical judgment, close monitoring, and management of complex patient conditions. The shift is 12 hours, with call, weekend, and holiday expectations. Floating to similar acuity areas may be required. Compliance and credentialing generally take 4–6 weeks. Voice advantage and nurse manager interviews are mandatory.
