Family Medicine physician job in Oregon : Providence Medical
Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join its
established team at PMG Mercantile. We are looking for a Family
Medicine physician -OR- outpatient Internal Medicine physician to
deliver broad scope primary care for children, families, adults and
geriatric patients in the community. Youll be part of an
integrative primary care team, including embedded APPs who will
support your panel and some In Basket management, 2 on-site
behavioral health providers, clinical pharmacist, dietician, and
localized case management support. Located in the northwestern
corner of Clackamas County, Lake Oswego is an affluent community
with excellent schools, dining, arts & recreation opportunities.
This idyllic community is nestled on the lake, yet is only 8 miles
south of downtown Portland, Oregon. Full-time position 4 days per
week schedule Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
-OR- Internal Medicine 2-year guaranteed salary, starting bonus,
retention OR loan repayment, and relocation assistance available
