Behavioral Health Tech Location: Newport, OR Agency: Cynet
Health Pay: $1,335 per week Shift Information: 4 days x 10 hours

Title: Mental Health Counselor, Behavioral Health Technician
Profession: Behavioral Health Specialty: Mental Health Counselor,
Behavioral Health Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varies,
occasional weekends Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 1 year
License: High school diploma or equivalent required Certifications:
Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor Level I (CADC I) or National
Certification Addiction Counselor I (NCAC I) required. CADC II,
NCAC II, or higher certification preferred. Healthcare Provider
Level BLS required. Must-Have: Experience and/or training in
computer applications required. Pre-employment/post-offer drug
screen required prior to start. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
preferred. Description: Provides direct services to clients in
behavioral health programs in a manner that reflects a commitment
to trauma-informed, evidence-based practices. The program provides
a continuum of substance use services to adults and their families.
Members of the treatment and recovery team work in a
multi-disciplinary approach in both residential and outpatient
settings, providing evidenced, trauma-informed treatment.
