Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required. Providing physical therapy services in a K-12 school setting, this part-time contract position offers an opportunity to work primarily onsite in the Dayton, OR area with occasional responsibilities extending to Portland, OR. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver physical therapy assessments and interventions to students within a school-based environment. - Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student mobility and functional goals. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique needs. - Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations. - Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions. Qualifications: - Licensed Physical Therapist with state credentials to practice in Oregon. - Experience working in school-based physical therapy and healthcare settings preferred. - Ability to work effectively within a K-12 educational environment. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Flexibility to work part-time hours (0.2-0.4 FTE), primarily onsite.
