Job Description:
Description This part-time position will be working 32
hours/week on weekdays, day shift. The Recreational Therapist
provides a variety of therapeutic social, recreational and
diversional events for participants. Conducts individual assessment
to identify the participants' individual interests/needs. Develops
and implements an appropriate variety of individual and group
activities. Participates in interdisciplinary care planning.
Coordinates the recreation documentation for her/his assigned group
of participants. Assists with training and supervising assigned
aides. Leads facility-wide participant-centered events. Providence
PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that
strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the

lives. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Recreation
Therapy. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association. Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Therapeutic
Recreation Specialist Certification Preferred qualifications: 2

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
