Description Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency
and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides
services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental
disabilities. The Adult Outpatient Department takes great pride in

Position: Counselor III (Licensed Clinician) Department :
Outpatient Behavioral Health Services (OBHS) Shift: Individual
schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business
needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from
8:00am to 5:00pm. Salary Range: $85,238.40 to $119,496.00. There
are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system
to determine starting wage (years of experience, education,
credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job
requirements). Benefits: CCMH provides a generous comprehensive

(Full-time employees can earn 22 days of vacation, 9 days of sick
time by the end of the first year). Accrual increases with length

Clinical Directors Position Requirements: Licensure Required (LCSW,
LPC). Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social
Work or related field from an accredited college required. Two
years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient,
Addictions and high acuity client services preferred. Combination
of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform
the duties outlined for this position may be considered. Summary:
The Counselor III provides therapeutic services to adults,
children, adolescents, and families as assigned. Duties may vary
per location/department. In this role, the Counselor III conducts
comprehensive clinical assessments as a part of the diagnostic
process, reviews ongoing delivery of services, identifies
individual client needs and diagnoses substance use and/or mental
health disorders. Conducts individual, family and group sessions to
provide therapeutic treatment, and behavior modification using
evidence-based practice to assist clients in reaching treatment
goals. As member of clinical staff and treatment teams, assists in
case management and coordination of community resources to meet
