Village - On-Call Charge Nurse positions available. At Mennonite

residents. We are looking for dedicated compassionate Charge Nurses
to join our skilled nursing team. If you're an RN or LPN looking

Nursing department. This department consists of 21 skilled nursing
beds on each floor for a total of 42 skilled nursing beds. We
provide 24-hour post-op, short-term, and long-term services and
support. Why join us? Starting salary for RN is $38.00 per hour,
depending on experience. Starting salary for LPN is $32.00 per
hour, depending on experience. Consistent, predictable scheduling -
no rotating schedules. For better support - staffing above state

eligibility requirements. Mennonite Village will contribute 3% of

You will be required to pick up three shifts a month. Your
problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you supervise
nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure regulatory

nurse you will: Supportive of Mennonite Village's mission vision
and purpose Effectively engage with elderly individuals Ability to
accurately document activities in writing Safely operates a Hoyer
lift following zero lift policy and procedures Ensure the delivery
of quality care to our residents, promoting their comfort and
wellbeing Provide supervision and support to our dedicated nursing
staff Coordinate individualized care plans tailored to meet the
unique needs of each resident. Administer medications and
treatments effectively, adhering to best practices and maintain
safety standards Maintain regulatory compliance, ensuring our
facility meets all required guidelines. You'll be in charge of the
floor, so it's essential that you have a comprehensive
understanding of what's happening throughout our skilled nursing
department. Your leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring
smooth operations and exceptional care. Required Competencies
Possess a current valid and unencumbered LPN or RN license for the
state of Oregon One year of clinical experience in long term care
is preferred Current CPR certification Required to pick up three
shifts a month Criminal background check is required for new hires.
