Job Description:

healthcare, specializing in autism services, catastrophic injury
support, and rehabilitation. We are currently seeking a dedicated
Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician who is passionate
about delivering exceptional care to children with behavioral needs
in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. As part of
our team, you will implement behavior intervention plans designed
closely by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) that contribute
to a difference in the lives of the patients we serve. Implementing
behavior intervention plans prescribed by a BCBA Collecting data on
patients' behavior progress and reporting to supervisory staff
Assisting patients in achieving developmental goals through guided
strategies Providing support to parents and caregivers on how to
continue strategies at home Ensuring the patient's safety and
well-being during sessions Maintaining accurate session notes and
patient records Collaborating with healthcare professionals to
modify care plans as needed Ability to communicate complex
information in Spanish clearly Proven experience in managing
behavioral challenges High proficiency in data collection and
analysis Familiarity with behavioral health sciences Effective
problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Empathy and
interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Certified as a Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within 90
days of employment.
