Job Description:

dedicated and experienced RN Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team

position demands a highly skilled nurse who can lead and manage
nursing staff while ensuring the highest standards of patient care
and compliance with healthcare regulations. Our RN Charge Nurse
will play a vital role in enhancing our patient-focused approach,

leader in comprehensive healthcare services. Supervise and organize
nursing operations for a specific unit or department. Mentor and
train new nursing staff while providing continuous education and
support to existing staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and maintain standards of patient care. Coordinate
patient care with other healthcare professionals. Manage patient
records and documentation effectively. Implement patient care plans
and monitor patient progress. Address any issues or conflicts that
arise within the department. Act as a liaison between healthcare
practitioners, patients, and families. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficient in nursing operations and patient care
management. Ability to mentor and motivate others. Knowledge of
healthcare regulations and standards. Expertise in clinical skills
and the use of medical technologies. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/ACLS
Certification.
