Assist with the preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist. Participate in the medication therapy management and perform patient medication reconciliations. Support pharmacists in administering immunizations and patient education. Help maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. Contribute to pharmacy inventory control and participate in quality improvement projects. Strong foundational knowledge in pharmacology and pharmacy practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using healthcare information technology and pharmacy systems.
