Job Description:
Legacy Health is seeking a dedicated Ambulatory Manager to
oversee our outpatient care departments across multiple locations
in Oregon and Washington. This critical role will ensure optimal
functioning of our ambulatory services, maintaining the highest
standards of patient care while aligning with our mission to
improve the health of our community. As an Ambulatory Manager, you
will be pivotal in managing operations, coordinating patient care
services, and leading initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery
within a non-profit environment. Lead and manage the daily
operations of ambulatory services across multiple facilities.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure quality
of care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Coordinate
between different departments to ensure effective communication and
seamless patient care services. Manage staff, including recruiting,
training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure
cost-effective operations. Analyze patient satisfaction data and
implement improvements based on feedback. Collaborate with senior
management to align ambulatory services with the overall strategic
goals of Legacy Health. Strong leadership and team management
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency
in healthcare management software and electronic health record
(EHR) systems Ability to strategize, implement, and evaluate
healthcare procedures and policies Strong organizational skills and
capability to multitask effectively Medical Insurance Dental

Manager (CMM) or Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice
Executives (FACMPE) preferred
