This role is pivotal in providing specialized knowledge and expertise within our anesthesia department across our robust network of hospitals and healthcare facilities in Oregon and Washington. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping patient care strategies, driving clinical standards, and leading training and development initiatives within the anesthesia specialty. Provide expert guidance and leadership in the delivery of anesthesia services. Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care protocols and safety guidelines. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for anesthesia teams to enhance professional skills. Participate in research and development activities to adopt new technologies and techniques in anesthesia care. Manage patient data and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Assist in the recruitment and retention of staff within the anesthesia division. In-depth knowledge of anesthesia techniques and equipment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to train and mentor staff. Proficient in healthcare regulation and patient safety standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or a similarly recognized anesthesia certification. Valid state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
