Job Description:
Legacy Health is seeking a dedicated Radiation Oncologist to
join our dynamic team at a non-profit health system recognized for
excellence in patient care across Oregon and Washington. This role
involves utilizing advanced radiation therapy techniques to treat
cancer patients with precision and empathy, working closely with a
multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. The ideal candidate
will have a strong foundation in oncology and radiology, committed
to research and innovation in cancer treatment. Design and
implement treatment plans for cancer patients using radiation
therapy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to
provide comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and
adjust treatment plans as necessary. Consult and empathize with
patients and their families, providing guidance and information
throughout treatment processes. Stay updated with advancements in
radiation therapy and related cancer treatment technologies.
Expertise in radiation therapy techniques and protocols. Excellent
patient management and empathetic communication skills. Ability to
work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting. Strong
clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills. Medical

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology. Valid
state medical license.
