Job Description:
Legacy Health, a leading non-profit healthcare system with a
robust network spanning Oregon and Washington, is seeking a
dedicated Epilepsy Program Director to enhance and lead our
comprehensive epilepsy services. This role focuses on setting
standards, advancing care practices around epilepsy treatment, and
overseeing clinical and support staff within the program. The ideal
candidate will bring a visionary approach to program development,
ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our mission to
provide exceptional healthcare services. Oversee the operational,
administrative, and clinical aspects of the epilepsy program
Develop and implement strategic plans to advance epilepsy care,
research, and education Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards Manage budgeting and resource allocation
for the program Lead multidisciplinary teams to provide
high-quality patient care Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals and departments to integrate epilepsy care with other
services Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff
development and training Engage in patient advocacy and community
outreach initiatives Strong leadership and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of epilepsy and neurological disorders Ability
to oversee clinical research and program development Experience in
managing healthcare budgets and resources Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Capability to work collaboratively within
multidisciplinary teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board certification in Neurology,
preferably with a subspecialty in epilepsy Certification in
Healthcare Management (optional but beneficial)
