Job Description:
Legacy Health, a recognized leader in comprehensive healthcare
services across Oregon and Washington, is seeking a dedicated and
skilled Cath Lab Angiography Technologist to join our growing team.
This role is pivotal in supporting our state-of-the-art
catheterization labs, where we focus on diagnostic imaging
procedures and interventional cardiology. The successful candidate
will be an integral part of our commitment to innovative heart
care, utilizing the latest in technology and treatment strategies
to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and
peripheral vascular ailments. Prepare and maintain imaging
equipment and cath lab for all procedures. Assist physicians during
angiographic and interventional procedures. Monitor patient status
and provide care during procedures. Document procedural steps, as
well as pre- and post-operative care. Manage radiation safety for
patients and staff. Administer contrast media and medications as
prescribed. Participate in patient evaluation and follow-up.
Proficient in fluoroscopic and digital imaging techniques. Strong
understanding of cath lab operations and safety standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a high-stress environment. Detail-oriented with
strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist. Certification
in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
is preferred.
