pivotal in delivering exceptional respiratory care services,
improving patient outcomes, and fostering a collaborative
environment among healthcare professionals. This position offers

staff across multiple locations, ensuring the highest standards of
respiratory care are met. Develop respiratory care protocols and
educate staff on the best practices Evaluate and monitor patient's
respiratory care processes Collaborate with healthcare teams to
integrate respiratory therapy into patient care plans Manage
respiratory therapeutic devices ensuring proper operation and
maintenance Participate in research and continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance treatment methodologies Provide hands-on
clinical training to new staff and ongoing education to ensure
compliance with the latest health standards Proficiency in the use
and maintenance of respiratory care equipment Strong understanding
of respiratory therapy protocols Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to perform under stressful conditions
Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently Proficient in
clinical data management software Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state
Respiratory Therapist license Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred BLS/ACLS
certification
