Job Description:
Legacy Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to
join our dynamic team in providing exceptional healthcare services
across Oregon and Washington. As a prominent member of our
rehabilitation team, the Occupational Therapist will be
instrumental in helping patients reach their full potential by
developing, improving, or restoring skills in activities of daily
living. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, solutions-oriented,
and driven by a commitment to patient-centric care. Assess patient
needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement
therapeutic interventions to help patients manage daily activities,
develop skills, and enhance physical abilities. Maintain accurate
patient records and document patient progress. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Advise on
adaptations to patients' environments to improve their quality of
life. Educate patients and their families about strategies for
coping and managing conditions. Proficient in therapeutic
techniques and principles Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to handle complex situations and make informed
clinical decisions High level of empathy and patience Good physical

an Occupational Therapist. Certified by the National Board for
