Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and integrate relevant improvements into surgical practices. Record all patient care in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Proficient in various orthopedic surgical techniques and treatments. Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in using medical imaging technology. Excellent patient management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in both team and individual settings. Capacity to handle high-stress situations and make decisions under pressure.
