Job Description:

Oregon and Washington, is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse
Practitioner to join our expert team. In this pivotal role, you
will primarily be responsible for delivering high-quality,
specialized care to neonates in our state-of-the-art NICU
facilities. This position demands a compassionate professional
capable of operating in a high-stress environment while ensuring
the wellbeing of our youngest and most vulnerable patients. Provide
immediate and intensive nursing care for newborns in the NICU.
Perform comprehensive evaluations of neonatal patients to determine
necessary medical care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to devise and implement comprehensive care plans.
Educate and support families on neonate health issues and care
strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and
documentation. Participate in on-going training and professional
development to stay abreast of advancements in neonatal care.
Advanced clinical skills in neonatal care. Ability to work
efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and
problem-solving skills. Proficiency with EMR systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC). Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
certifications.
