Job Description:
Legacy Health, a leading non-profit healthcare system renowned
for compassionate care across Oregon and Washington, seeks a
skilled Cardio Echo Sonographer to join our dedicated team. As a
key member of our medical services department, you will utilize
state-of-the-art technology to perform echocardiograms, aiding in
the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases. This critical role
supports our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
through advanced diagnostic procedures. Perform diagnostic cardiac
ultrasound procedures, including transthoracic, transoesophageal,
and stress echocardiography. Analyze and interpret
echocardiographic data to assist physicians in diagnosing medical
conditions. Prepare patients for procedures and maintain patient
comfort and safety throughout the examination. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated patient
care. Maintain and calibrate echocardiography equipment to ensure
optimal performance. Document and report echocardiography findings
accurately and promptly to facilitate timely medical interventions.
Proficiency in operating echocardiographic equipment. Strong
analytical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a high degree of
precision and attention to detail. Capable of managing stress and
remaining calm under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Diagnostic Cardiac
Sonographer (RDCS) by ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
by CCI certification is required.
