Oregon and Washington, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant
Nurse Manager to join our dynamic team. Positioned across six
hospital campuses alongside numerous specialty and urgent care
facilities, our health system is committed to delivering
compassionate care and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
This leadership role is pivotal in supporting the Nurse Manager in
overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of
patient-centric, efficient healthcare services. As an Assistant
Nurse Manager, you will influence staff performance, participate in
administrative functions, and help nurture an environment of
continuous improvement and clinical excellence. Assist in managing
nursing staff and daily operations of the healthcare facility.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance
with healthcare regulations. Contribute to the development and
implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Assist with
budgeting and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle high
stress situations and make critical decisions. Proficiency in
healthcare management systems and electronic health records.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Oregon or
Washington. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified. Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) an asset.
