Our non-profit health system offers the unique opportunity to work within a community-focused network of six hospitals and numerous care facilities, ensuring high-quality patient care and innovative medical practices. Perform cardiothoracic surgeries including but not limited to coronary bypass, heart valve repair and replacement, and lung surgeries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care. Participate in the development and implementation of patient management plans. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior surgeons and medical staff. Stay current with advancements in cardiothoracic surgery and implement best practices in clinical procedures. Advanced proficiency in cardiothoracic surgical procedures Strong decision-making skills and precision Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage complex patient cases Proficiency in using modern medical and surgical tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery
