Nurse ONM. This vital role focuses on providing top-quality nursing
care in an orthopedic, neurology, and medical-surgical setting.
Nurses in this position will assist in developing and administering
patient care plans, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary
team to enhance patient outcomes. The role is designed for
dedicated healthcare professionals who seek to make a significant
impact in the lives of patients while advancing their expertise in
the specialties of orthopedics, neurology, and medical-surgical
care. Administer direct patient care in a specialized unit
including ONM (orthopedic, neurology, medical-surgical) Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to execute individualized patient care
plans Monitor and record patient progress in compliance with
healthcare guidelines and regulations Participate in professional
development sessions and contribute to departmental improvements
Educate patients and families on treatment strategies, health
management, and discharge planning Advanced knowledge of best
practices in orthopedic, neurological, and surgical nursing Ability
to multitask and manage time effectively Strong interpersonal
skills and proficiency in patient-family centered care Competence
with medical software and electronic health record systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon or Washington Certification
in BLS (Basic Life Support) required, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support) preferred
