Legacy Health, a renowned leader in non-profit healthcare spanning across Oregon and Washington, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Cardiac Echo Sonographer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our cardiac care team, you will utilize state-of-the-art equipment to perform diagnostic echocardiograms to help in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac patients. This role requires precision, compassion, and a deep understanding of cardiac physiology. Perform diagnostic echocardiograms and analyze all aspects of the images. Communicate findings to physicians to aid in patient diagnosis and management. Maintain patient records and echocardiography equipment. Customize echocardiographic examinations to reflect both the physician's needs and the patient's condition. Provide explanations to patients and family members regarding the procedure and care. Adhere to departmental protocols, best practices, and safety standards. Proficient in using echocardiography imaging equipment Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a patient-focused approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) credential from ARDMS Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
