Job Description:

President, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to oversee clinical nursing
operations across its network of hospitals and healthcare
facilities. This executive role is pivotal in ensuring high
standards of patient care and nursing excellence, aligning with our
mission to improve the health of our communities. The CNO will be a
critical member of the senior management team, contributing to
strategic planning, policy development, and leadership across all
nursing departments. Ideal candidates will possess a strategic
mindset, extensive clinical knowledge, and the ability to advocate
for both patients and nursing staff within a dynamic healthcare
environment. Direct the standardization of nursing practices to
ensure quality and patient safety across all facilities. Develop
strategic plans and policies in collaboration with other executive
leaders to drive improvements in healthcare delivery. Oversee
nursing budget, staffing, and recruitment to meet organizational
goals and operational needs. Lead professional development and
training initiatives for nursing staff to enhance skills and
knowledge. Advocate for nursing staff and manage resources
essential for effective patient care delivery. Implement and
monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

innovative nursing practices and leadership. Leadership and
