the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Home Health RN in Salem, Oregon, 97301! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 -
17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience
or 1 full year Hospice experience, depending on the specialty.
License: Must have license in hand, no exceptions. Certifications:
CPR, BLS Must-Have: Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and
Oasis within the last 6 months. Must be comfortable traveling up to
75 miles for home visits. Reliable transportation, current driver's
license, and agency-required liability insurance. Understanding
that there are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Acceptance
of every patient assigned on the schedule, regardless of distance
between appointments. Completion of all documentation within 24
hours of patient appointments. Description: Coordinates and directs
the provision of home nursing care according to physician orders.
Care is based on agency policies and procedures through the
competent application of the nursing process. Responsible for
supervising and evaluating Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical
Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Includes travel for home visits
and periodic office meetings. Contractors will be assigned between
5-10 patients per day. This equates to roughly 6-8 points of
patient care per day. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound
Care, and Follow-up Visits, among others. Weekly productivity
expectation is 30 units, which equates to approximately 40 hours of
work. On-call requirements may vary; must discuss during the
interview process. The contractor must be open to traveling and
floating to nearby clinics, if needed. 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing
