Job Description Manager Nursing - Psych Adolescent Pay: $65 -
$101/hr based on experience $10,000 Sign-On Bonus! Overview Lead a
dedicated adolescent psychiatric unit focused on safe,
compassionate, developmentally appropriate behavioral health care.
This full-time, day-shift leadership role offers the opportunity to
shape a high-performing team, strengthen clinical operations, and
drive meaningful outcomes for patients and caregivers. A $10,000
sign-on bonus is available for eligible external candidates. Key
Responsibilities Provide 24/7 operational leadership for the
adolescent psych unit, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care.
Develop, coach, and empower nursing teams to deliver consistent,
safe, and patient-centered behavioral health services. Partner with
interdisciplinary leaders to strengthen care coordination, resource
management, and process improvement. Champion a positive unit
culture by fostering accountability, caregiver engagement, and
professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
and active Oregon RN license required. BLS certification through
the American Heart Association. Five years of nursing experience
with progressive leadership responsibilities. Preferred: Master’s
degree, management or finance coursework, national certification,
