Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Emergency
Department team. This position is critical in providing
high-quality medical care to patients in urgent and emergent health
situations. As part of our team, you will work in a
state-of-the-art facility where care and coverage are integrated to
enhance patient health outcomes. Our Emergency Department RNs play
a vital role in our mission to improve member health through
effective, timely, and empathetic care services. Provide immediate
medical attention to emergency patients. Assess patients' health
condition and establish nursing diagnoses. Initiate and manage
patient care plans, including medication administration.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
optimize patient outcomes. Document all patient interactions and
treatments accurately. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and home care strategies. Strong clinical skills in
an emergency medical setting Ability to work under pressure and
make quick decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency with emergency medical technology and electronic
health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of Georgia Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) certification required
