Position Overview:* Work with physician colleagues, plus advanced
practitioner providers, psychologists, and social workers depending
on specific clinic location* A full-service, 25-bed critical access
hospital. Nestled at the base of the cascade mountains, it serves
Lebanon, Sweet Home, Brownsville, and smaller neighboring
communities* Great work-life balance with flexible schedule*
Expected volume of 18 patients/day* 4.5 days per week is full-time*
EPIC EMR* Excellent subspecialty support* We offer an attractive

in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine* Should possess excellent
