Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Portland, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications - Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program or equivalent for COTA candidates (if applying as a COTA). - Active state PTA or COTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the assignment. - BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. - Experience or comfort working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred. - Experience with NetHealth/PCC EMR preferred. - Client requires candidates able to start promptly due to an early contract end; new graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome. Assignment Details - Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. - Shift: Days. - Schedule: Full-time hours. - In-house therapy team at a 100-bed facility, providing cohesive collaboration with staff and patients.
