Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a
travel job in Portland, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements -
Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant - Discipline: Therapy -
Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours -

Therapist Assistant. You will work with patients recovering from
injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and
stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Minimum Qualifications - Associate degree in Physical Therapy from
an accredited educational program or equivalent for COTA candidates
(if applying as a COTA). - Active state PTA or COTA license or
eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the assignment. - BLS
certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
may be required. - Experience or comfort working in a skilled
nursing facility setting preferred. - Experience with NetHealth/PCC
EMR preferred. - Client requires candidates able to start promptly
due to an early contract end; new graduates and experienced
clinicians are welcome. Assignment Details - Facility type: Skilled
Nursing Facility. - Shift: Days. - Schedule: Full-time hours. -
In-house therapy team at a 100-bed facility, providing cohesive
collaboration with staff and patients. Location Highlights

urban forests in the U.S., and is approximately 30 minutes from the
Columbia River Gorge for hiking and waterfalls. Portland features

neighborhoods. The area supports an active, outdoor-oriented
lifestyle with access to the Oregon Coast about 90–120 minutes away
and numerous local breweries, parks, and food cart pods for an

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week
