Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Minimum 1–2 years recent Home Health experience / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (Required) / LICENSE – Active RN License (OR & WA required) / Schedule: Days, 8s (M–F) or 4x10s, 40 hrs/week, 13 weeks / Setting: Home Health / EMR: EPIC (Laptop provided) / Coverage: ~40 miles/day (no guaranteed territory; housing recommended near Portland) / On-Call: 1 weekend per month / Skills: Patient assessment, care planning, home visits, documentation, coordination of care / Additional: Travel required (100%), weekly time sheets / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
