Looking for a passionate cook to lead pm line. Will work directly with Executive Chef to maintain standardsand grow new business. Will be in charge of supervising daily operation and team members. Involved with working with Executive Chef on daily specials, seasonal menus and private dining. Adheres to sanitation standards, including cooking at correct temperatures, usingthermometers, covering all foods in proper storage containers, and washing hands and prep areasbefore handling food.2. Maintains all health department, franchise and company standards3. - Adheres to hotel's safety procedures4. - Prepares and controls food usage in order to minimize waste5. - Performs opening and closing duties in accordance with hotel procedures6. - Assists with receiving and storage of all deliveries7. - Performs daily cleaning duties and practices "clean as you go"ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.
