Interior Logic Group Property Services is a leading supplier of flooring for the Multi-Family, Single Family and Senior Living Communities. Position Summary This Customer Service Coordinator position plays a key role in customer communication and is responsible for performing a variety of duties including order processing, inventory allocations and problem solving resolution.Duties and Responsibilities
    • Provide timely and accurate order entry, receiving orders by phone, email or online systems
    • Leads resolution of customer issues; partners with sales team and installation team to promptly identify effective resolution to customer issues and concerns
    • Provides effective communication within the branch office between Branch Manager, warehouse, installation, and sales teams
    • Reconciles completed work orders for billing department in preparation for invoicing
    • Other clerical or administrative duties as neededJob Qualifications
      • 1+ Year of customer service or related experience
      • Proficient in data entry, tech savvy with experience in Microsoft products
      • Accuracy, attention to detail, and effective multitasking skills
      • Team player with the ability to work with internal and external customers professionally and courteously to resolve time sensitive issuesWorking Conditions
        • Monday through Friday position, during standard business hours
        • Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
        • Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability to perform the duties proficiently
