Job Description:
Firehouse is looking to add to our small tight knit team. we are
a wood fired Italian inspired restaurant focusing on house made
pastas, neopalitan pizzas, and wood fired meats. A fully scratch
kitchen everything is done in house, pastas, bread, whole animal
butchery, and at times even our own simple cheeses.The position we
are trying to fill is a swing position, some am prep shifts and
some evening line and events.We pride ourselves on everyone on
staff being cross trained in all aspects of service so that if
something zigs when it should zag anyone can step in and
contribute. If you like cooking with fire, making pasta, making
charcuterie or all of the above we would love to hear from you.
