Acts as the customer's point of contact with Toyo Tanso.
Communicates extensively with all departments of Toyo Tanso to
ensure that customers' orders are manufactured and shipped within
the customers' expectations. Tracks delivery commitments and
on-time shipments. Communicates status of orders to customers.
Generates reports as required Writes credits. Communicates any
customer concerns, dissatisfactions, or complaints through
established protocol. Maintains all documentation and processes
necessary to preserve ISO- Certification. Investigate and report
customer RMA's (Return Material Authorizations), due to
nonconforming issues, analysis, reworks, complaints and misc.
Participates in various internal meetings. (Occasionally external
meetings). Keeps various computer data bases updated for use and
access by their self and others. Inform manager of potential safety
hazards.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:
