You will lead and motivate a team of associates, fostering a positive environment that encourages growth and development.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Help develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Support sales, performance, service, and operational goals.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
  • Promote effective collaboration within the leadership team.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.
    • Support client loyalty programs and engagement initiatives.
      • Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
        • Assist in managing inventory and staffing resources.Qualifications/Experience
          • Proven success as a retail assistant manager.
          • 3-5 years managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
          • Strong leadership and business acumen.
          • Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills.
          • Flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.The annual salary range is $56,500 - $77,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
