Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques to maintain a physical structure of hotel Ability to communicate with all staff on items that need to be fixed, replaced, etc. Candidates with multi-unit property experience preferred. Good attendance Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities Include: Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools. Notify management concerning need for major repairs Learn emergency procedures. Giving the best customer service!
