During your assignment you will work with multiple functional areas of HR and Communications including Talent Development & Acquisition, Manufacturing HR Operations and Social/Media and Branding. Responsibilities Talent Development: - Plan, facilitate and assist leading training/orientation sessions for leadership development programs, professional development and educational workshops, and community engagement events - Create and assist with the implementation of employee training development programs Talent Acquisition - Participate in interview sessions to gain the experience of assessing talent - Lead projects that increase candidate experience Social Media - Craft content and strategy for social media platforms - Work with the communications team to create a holistic content vision, capturing stories through the combination of written copy and visuals Basic Qualifications - Enrolled in or completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing/Communications or related field - Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment - Willingness to relocate for internship - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products - Ability to effectively communication through written and verbal skills - Ability to work with various levels of employees from hourly to executive - Good organization, documentation, prioritization and scheduling skills together with an overall desire to learn; - Basic problem solving and project management abilities together with a professional image; - Ability to work independently and multi-task Preferred Qualifications - GPA of 3.0 or higher Precision Castparts Corp. is an equal opportunity employer committed to recruit, hire, train, and promote in all job categories without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or other status protected by applicable law.
