- Talent Acquisition, Recruiting & Account Representation to key
clients: Handling everything from creating better recruiting and
interview processes between HR, hiring managers and Recruiting,
doing recruitment intakes with each hiring manager to create
tailored screening questions for each role; Writing, editing and
posting open positions; Utilizing multiple platforms for sourcing
and pipelining talent; Completing phone & Teams/Zoom Interviews as
well as scheduling candidate interviews with managers; Documenting,
staging and categorizing applicants in ATS's, and following them
through each client's interview process; Assisting managers and
teams with interview etiquette, processes and questions, conducting
follow up and feedback meetings with the team and helping them rank
and score the best matching applicants; Conducting follow up calls
with the applicants and managing the entire candidate experience
through the recruitment while coaching and consulting client and
hiring managers on how to participate best in the candidate
experience as well. Tracking applicant response and engagement,
communicating additional advertising needs to HR and sourcing with
SHINEs network for passive applicants while also utilizing
customers ATS to identify past talent when ad response is low or
slow; Consistently offering best practices within Talent
Acquisition, augmenting any step in the recruitment and/or hiring
process including reference checking, onboarding policies and
procedures, and closing the loop with any applicants not selected
for the position while pipelining and categorizing them for future
opportunities within the company.
- HR Operations and Project Initiatives: This could be supporting
a key account or multiple client needs that span from creating
improved processes, writing policies and procedures, lining up
vendor partnerships, designing tools and trainings, assisting with
staffing needs or securing the right staffing partnerships,
coaching and facilitation work with staff, teams and leadership;
integrating marketing and branding with recruitment efforts,
handling university and trade school relationships, Create and
update job descriptions, forms, and handbooks; Assisting with
Audits and compliance related projects, etc.
- Consulting at the most effective and constructive level with
our customers needs, truly partnering with them as their Talent
Acquisition Representation team and HR/Operations/Business
professionals. As you learn the client, culture, vision and needs,
constantly sharing solutions, accomplishing goals and pivoting when
something new needs to be tried and ideas need to be heard.
Collaborating with the utmost consideration and success.
- Participate with the entire team as needed in Direct Hire and
rare Contract to Hire recruitments as they arise for various
customers, constantly developing your network for the right matches
to take place now and in the future.
- Collaborate with other Consultants / TA Account Reps for
support, mind/information sharing and to quickly and efficiently
deliver superb results to our customers utilizing tried and true
methods.
- Record and document activity in various systems internally and
within client systems. Integrity, confidentiality and trust are
imperative to working at this level with our customers
information.
- Mobility: Work in our office by Kruse Village some days, work
onsite at client sites sometimes (if possible for relationship and
trust building) and work independently from your home office
if/when needed and or wanted. Heck, work from a yacht as long as
you have full capabilities! You can really work from anywhere
temporarily as long as youre responsive, you meet our client needs,
attend all scheduled meetings & interviews, and achieve all
necessary tasks for SHINEs continued success.

- An experienced FULL DESK Recruiter, Staffing Manager, and/or
Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition professional who loves
recruiting. You also love some variety, taking on various projects,
building out processes, assisting HR and leadership with various
initiatives.
- 100% comfortable working with, consulting, presenting to and
supporting management & leadership
- Considered an Expert or Guru with 3-5+ years of success in the
HR & Talent Acquisition world
- Emotionally intelligent, positive, persistent, entrepreneurial,
driven, accountable & inevitably successful
