ABOUT THE POSITION

The HR Shared Service (SS) Analyst III executes HR activities and
initiatives with a strong emphasis on HCM, reporting and data
compliance. They will utilize their expertise across HR functional
areas to support day to day operations, guide team members and
partner with the SS Operations Manager to evaluate global HCM
processes and practices. The Analyst drives process excellence
initiatives in collaboration with global stakeholders, technology
partners and other shared services team members.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Provide subject matter expertise for global lifecycle
employment practices and processes while participating in
evaluation, design, implementation, and support of functional
- Nurtures strong bilateral partnerships with global
stakeholders; eliciting and evaluating requirements and
recommending business process enhancements.
- Analyze performance KPI's then monitor, measure, and provide
feedback on performance to help evaluate efficiencies.
- Liaise with Workday, RPA, and other technical partners
(internal and external vendors) and participate in roadmap creation
and oversight for system upgrades, enhancements and program
- Coordinate reporting or analysis for internal or external
stakeholders, including summarization and analysis of trends and
- Keep up to date on regulatory changes that affect related
processes and refers to knowledge base and resource information for
processing, ensuring those requirements are met through business
- Leverage and help coach the SS Operations team through testing,
analysis, and optimization activities, and assist with day-to-day
escalations for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Proactive, consistently anticipating the needs of stakeholders
and cross functional partners
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex
tasks at the same time
- A strong self-starter with the ability to focus on key
- Bachelor's Degree specializing in HR, Business or related
field, OR equivalent work experience in human resources/payroll
within a business environment
- 5+ years' experience with large company, preferably in an HR
- Experience in RPA, AI or other advanced technical process
- Proven technical capability producing complex reporting,
dashboards, and other analytical visuals for stakeholders
