$Multi-Billion Global Company and Industry Leader with over 70,000 employees worldwide is looking for a highly visible Sr. Plant HR & Strategy Leader position, to be earmarked for succession planning and promotion to a Director Level position within 24 - 36 months. The ideal candidate must have
thick skin
and significant understanding of a union facility, be a part of the Leadership Team, responsible for Coaching and Developing Change Management, Labor Relations and Business Strategy. Company paid relocation available. A Successful Leadership Background:
Bachelor s Degree, Master s a plus SHRM or PHR certifications an asset.
HR leadership in a Large Union Manufacturing or Logistics Facility (300+ Person).
Must have recent
HANDS-ON
Floor Manufacturing
Feet on the Ground/Boots on the Floor .
Strategic Labor Relations Knowledge and Expertise, Understanding Deliverables, KPI s and Engagement.
Exposure to Union Contract Negotiation, Grievances, Talent, Learning and Organizational Development.
Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma / TPM Process Improvement. Certified, a plus.
Knowledge of HPWS
High Performance Work Systems & Performance Management.
Knowledge of Supply Chain transformation, a plus
