Job Description:
The Recruiter manages placement of qualified candidates into
open positions. This includes starting security clearances of new
Relay employees as well as screening and hiring applicants.
Internal to Relay, they partner with hiring managers on being an
expert partner to their assigned business unit & placing candidates
in appropriate jobs in a timely matter. The Recruiter serves as
Relay's brand ambassador in the business units and works closely
with others across the HR team to accomplish hiring goals.
Effectively evaluate applications for job & culture fit and
promptly follow up with candidates to meet high volume hiring
needs.
