Job Description:

American Medical Response (AMR) seeks a highly skilled EMS Lead Instructor to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and leading training programs for emergency medical service personnel. The instructor will ensure that all training materials meet current medical and operational standards while fostering a learning environment that encourages skill development and professional growth within AMR's service framework. Develop and update curriculum for EMS training programs according to the latest clinical guidelines and regulations. Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions with EMS staff. Evaluate training outcomes and modify programs as needed to improve effectiveness. Coordinate with healthcare providers and institutions to ensure material accuracy and relevance. Manage training records and ensure compliance with national and state accreditation bodies. Proficiency in various teaching methodologies and platforms Strong understanding of emergency medical systems and procedures Ability to evaluate and improve educational content Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and team management capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified as an EMS Instructor by a recognized body Current CPR and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
