KeenLogic is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Alexandria, VA. The candidate will be responsible for providing life cycle development and testing of various aspects of the ServiceNow platform. This includes requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation support.

Required Skills:

Masters with 10 years of general working experience, Bachelors with 13 years of general working experience, HS Diploma and 19 years of general working experience.

• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst
• 5+ years of experience performing ServiceNow analysis and application development or similar responsibility
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Self- Service Portal, etc.
• 4+ years of experience performing Change Management
• 2+ years of experience ServiceNow development with Change Management
• Prior experience participating in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
• Knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, JSON, PERL scripting, etc.)
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification required
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance

  • Staff training in use of ServiceNow
    
    Job Responsibilities:
    
    • Develop and test new modules and applications in ServiceNow including incident, problem, asset, knowledge, Service Catalog, Request, and Employee Self-Service Portal
    • Advise team on integrations, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
    • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
    • Create and configure UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
    • Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
    • Document requirements, design, test cases and results as required
