SUMMARYThis is a learning role with the opportunity to grow. As a Systems Administrator you will be under the direction of the IT manager. Your daily duties will include supporting and assisting end users with various issues.   • Develop and expand features and products using a variety of programming languages
  • Review project requirements and write technical specifications
  • Debug, test, and fix errors
  • Document code development and revisions
  • Create and use software tools to help automate writing code
  • Contribute to multiple functional process improvements within Netsuite including pricing, sales, POS, supply chain, finance and automation
  • Ability to teach, train and help staff with NetSuite customizations and data requests
  • Be an integral part creating and maintaining the demand planning module
  • Problem solve data inconsistencies and provide long-term solution
  • Work independently and as part of the IT/ERP team to continue developing systematic solutions for process improvement and efficiencies for all functions23. - -Other duties may be assignedSupervisory Responsibilities - -This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED (Required)3+ years' experience in Desktop and IT operations support (Required)1+ year(s') Remote Support for multiple sites (Preferred)NetSuite experience (Preferred)VMware experience (Preferred)Networking experience (Preferred) -Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. -Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. -Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Mathematical SkillsBasic AlgebraComputer SkillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Technical Expertise, including Server Operating Systems, Desktop Operating Systems, Printers, Peripherals, Customer Specific Applications, and Mobile DevicesCOMPETENCIESUse of Critical ThinkingDetail OrientedSelf-Starter/DrivenTime Management SkillsReasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCertifications are a plus. -Computer hardware maintenance or general computer training at a technical school.
