Maple Star Oregon, part of Pathways - one of the largest national providers of accessible, outcome-based behavioral and mental health services, is in search of a compassionate, caring Clinical Supervisor.

About your Role:

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, coordination and operation of the agency's mental health program. The clinical Supervisor shall demonstrate competence in leadership, cultural responsiveness, oversight and evaluation of services, staff development, assessment, person-centered treatment planning, case management and coordination, utilization of community resources, group, family, and individual therapy or counseling, documentation and rationale for services to promote intended outcomes, and implementation of all provider policies.
Education Certifications and license requirements

Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field is required. Three years of direct treatment experience, including two years serving youth and families.
Experience
Meets QMHP requirements under State of Oregon Administrative Rules: 1) Current Oregon Licensed mental health professional or a current professional mental health license in another state with the ability to obtain Oregon licensure within 6 months of employment, 2)
Two years of experience providing clinical supervision and/or program management, 3) Experience training in a group setting.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Driver License with clean driving record
Ability to pass fingerprinting, fraud, and background checks
Demonstrated computer and technological competence
