Position Details:
Title: Field Service Technician II
Location: Portland, OR/WA area
Shift: Mon-Friday 1st shift, a standard work schedule will be set,
although some jobs may require an earlier/later start or night
scheduled work
Compensation: $25-$28/hr depending on qualifications and
experience!

Travel: This is a field service position with regular travel (up to
70%) to customer service or installation projects. 10% - 25%
overnight travel to support projects may be required. Gatekeeper
will provide vehicle, lodging, company card and cover all
associated travel costs.
Position Description:
As a Field Service Technician II, you will be responsible for
training, quality control, in addition to trouble shooting and
support while delivering an outstanding level of service and
support essential to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued
customers.
Work under the supervision of the Field Services Manager and
guidance of Field Services Engineer
Installation, service and troubleshoot the Company's Cart
Containment and other Systems.
Perform Preventive Maintenance of the Company's Cart Containment
and other Systems.
Complete any service and repair work orders, primarily within your
assigned areas as they arise.
Ability to travel up to 70% of the week, mostly driving, including
overnights.
Ability to work extremely flexible hours and weekends to complete
installation, service and maintenance of the Company's systems.
Makes substantive and comprehensive decisions on job sites
regarding appropriate work needed to remedy system issues.
Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, pay attention
to detail, while remaining highly organized and efficient.
Assistance in the training of Field Services Technicians, ASP and
Contractors.
Take and follow through on directions and instructions while
remaining customer focused.
Adhere to the Company's standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
This is a great opportunity for US Navy Electronics Technicians,
Fire Control Techs, etc. to use their skillset in a rapidly growing
company in a steadfast field! To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily.
Minimum 3+ years of experience directly related to the installation
of devices in a retail environment such as point of sale systems or
security camera systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and low voltage
devices, concrete cutting, bending, and running conduit, and
running wires through walls and ceilings; and experience with power
tools and scissor lifts
Be customer focused and a good problem solver.
Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, pay attention
to detail, be highly organized and efficient.
Able to take directions and follow through on instructions.
Experience as general contractor or related fields is highly
desirable.
Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and
the ability to maintain a positive driving record throughout
employment.
