Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Workday (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver solutions in Workday across various areas such as Workforce Management, HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits
Own development and maintenance of complex software, including identifying areas for improvement and resolving defects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, recommend innovative solutions, and manage software roadmap

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
6-10 years of experience in the field
7-12 months of generalist supervision experience
